Silkstone Shuffle 2026

This year’s Silkstone Shuffle starts at 7pm on Thursday 21st May. Registration is from 6:15pm at Silkstone Sports Pavilion (S75 4NA).

The race is run under UKA Rules for Competition (EA Permit 31232). The race entry limit is 500.

If you like a scenic 4.5 mile race, with a big hill at the start to get you warmed up, this is the race for you. The race is mainly on trails and starts & finishes at Silkstone Sports Pavilion. You can enter individual races, or the series. If you’re a member of UK Athletics, the price of entry is discounted.

The minimum age for entry is 16.

Online entries close on the Sunday before the race. However, if you miss the online deadline, there's no need to worry! You can still enter on the day of the race at Race HQ and pay by cash or card.

If you want to enter more than one person, please submit separate orders.

Showers/changing/toilets are available at the sports pavilion. 

Parking is available in Silkstone Village & on Cone Lane. No parking on the driveway leading to the Pavilion. Please do not park on the main road or at the garage. 

No headphones of any type to be worn by competitors during the event. 

Entry to individual races is £8 for members of UK Athletics. If you’re not a member, the cost is £10.

Enter the Howesy’s Harriers’ Hat-Trick Series for £21 if you’re a member of UK Athletics. If you’re not, the cost is £26.

Modest prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall & 1st in each age category outside the top three.

Presentation is at the Silkstone Sports Pavilion after the end of the race.
